Stay tuned, we will be doing another "Tuning in and Tuning up" workshop early in the new year.

I am very happy to announce that Susan Cook (RMT) and I will be doing another workshop together.  I really love how Susan teaches and gently guides people into an awareness of their bodies and how to move and sing with more ease.

Combining Somatics and singing is a lovely treat for the body and the mind.

"Tuning in and Tuning up"

 Saturday, October 5th

10 am – 2:00 pm

Comox Lions Den, 1729 Comox Ave

$50

What is Somatics?

SOMATICS is a general term for any approach to working with the body-mind that involves turning our ATTENTION inwards; to noticing from the inside HOW we use ourselves rather than WHAT we are doing.  It generally involves slow, gentle, mindful movements.

We can become better at any activity -- including SINGING! -- through this approach, and the singing becomes easier, more efficient and more pleasurable as well.

To Register for this Workshop please send an email with "workshop" in the subject line to Tina at letzsingtina@gmail.com. Your space in the workshop will be confirmed with an email from me.  Payment will be collected at Letz Sing sessions, cash or cheque, or by email transfer.  Information on how and who to send an Email transfer to will be sent with your confirmation email.

Hope to sing with you.

Tina
